Our story starts in January 2013 happily living in Christchurch, our whole world was turned upside down when Jude suffered a severe stroke which very nearly cost her her life resulting in nine months of rehab. With the need to spend more time with Jude we sold up and moved to a 4 hectare block in West Eyreton, Canterbury. After much research we took the plunge and planted 6000 Saffron corms and continue to expand our business. We are now looking at planting our own milling wheat this year. This will give us more control over the growing process. We are now stocking Gluten free products and a range of honeys.
